Your new role
As the Associate Adviser, you will service two high flow branches, support your clients to help identify and meet their financial goals and dream and also assist your Senior Financial Planner, who will mentor you. You will be responsible for achieving revenue targets whilst delivering a superior client experience. To ensure a healthy pipeline of referral business, you will be tasked with forging strong relationships with the branch network.
What you'll need to succeed
As the successful applicant, you will be passionate about ethical and compliant advice and providing a premium service to your clients. In addition, you will have:
- RG146 Qualified
- CFP as a minimum
- Experience in a Financial Planning role previously
- Must obtain a relevant degree / Grad Cert
- Proven ability to meet and exceed revenue targets
- Excellent compliance records
- Highly Energetic
