This highly respected Global banking group continues to gain market traction in the Australian market, leveraging their strong presence across the Asia Pacific region.
In line with the group’s expansion plans and growth strategy, a new role of Analyst has has been created in their E-Banking team after a period of sustained growth.
The core responsibilities include:
- Provide technical support on bank’s internet banking platform (COMSUITE) that includes troubleshooting of issues reported by internal/external customers.
- Assistance with onsite implementation of new/upgrade COMSUITE related application package.
- Post implementation support as and when required by users/customers.
- Provide Help Desk Support to the clients, e.g. reset of passwords, problem shoot application issues, file layout, etc.
- Assist the Supervisor and Senior Manager to attend customer visits as per needed for product demonstration and/or providing technical resolution.
- Assist to prepare COMSUITE manual/documentation and other relevant paperwork to
comply with the Information Security Standards. - Assist to pre-test any COMSUITE upgrade as and when released by Head Office.
- Provide support to both the customer and the branch users as assigned by
the Senior Manager. - Prepare necessary documentation for the customer sign off and do the necessary backend system registration before the implementation.
To succeed in this role you must possess the following skills and attributes:
- Degree Qualified would be an advantage
- 1-2+ years experience within E-Banking at a major Bank is required
- Strong numerical and analysis skills
- Be a team player
- Excellent attention to detail and outstanding written and verbal communication skills
- Proven stakeholder engagement skills
