We are Australia’s leading marketplace for the trading of unlisted securities and investments.  We are growing quickly and this new role will oversee a cluster of existing clients and develop the relationships as we expand our service offering.  With the support from the administrators within the wider team, you will be the main point of contact and manage the relationship and service with these clients

Role Purpose: 
Manage the delivery of the day to day administration of unlisted companies and funds.  This involves developing and maintaining a strong business relationship with a portfolio of clients by being the main point of contact for the client 

Team responsibilities:

  • Work closely with other team members to ensure all daily deadlines are met
  • Responsibility to drive high service outcomes to achieve service delivery standards
  • To ensure communication from your department to other departments is maintained at a standard to ensure all stakeholders are briefed in relation to your departments activities

Individual task responsibilities: 

  • Understand company capabilities and service and effectively communicate all offerings to the client
  • Effectively manage and control the client trading hubs and security registers
  • Develop an in-depth knowledge of the portfolio of clients, their organisations and key contacts
  • Read and understand corporate documents and maintain business rules for each client
  • Regularly meet with your portfolio of clients to review their register, services and any investor projects
  • Professionally liaise with Clients, Investors and Advisers in accordance with SLAs with the view to exceed client expectations
  • Effective manage trades, allotments, redemptions, distributions, Adviser Service Fees, periodic statements, quarterly reports
  • Project manage and execute, where required; client distributions, e-communications and meetings
  • Provide accurate and up to date fund information 
  • Identify, recommend and collaborate with the Head of Ecosystems for improvements to processes and team development
  • Provide support, training, guidance and back up to other team members as required

 

We are seeking an individual with either a Senior Client Service or Account Management background from Financial Services. Ideally this experience will have been gained from Funds Management / Custody / Investment Administration or a Share Registry background.

You will be highly organised and capable of completing high volumes of workload within fast turn around times. Your attention to detail will be second to none and your communication skills will be impeccable. You will be intermediate with Microsoft Office, specifically on Word Excel.
