Your new role
The purpose of this job is to build and maintain positive relationships with mortgage and personal lending customers and to deliver a service that adds value to each and every customer. Day-to-day you’ll:

  • Interact with mortgage and personal loan customers, striving towards quality, not quantity, and working as a team to ensure customer satisfaction is met.
  • Discuss home loan rates, interest only transition, re-finance options, handle off-set account queries, through to general enquiries and updating of personal details etc.
  • Create a market leading experience by building rapport and go over and above to resolve their query.
  • Add value by ensuring the customer is across the financial products and services that are available to them and that they can fully utilise the banks online services
  • Resolve customer situations in a professional and genuine way, and ensure administrative tasks relating to the requests are actioned in a timely fashion with high attention to detail


What you'll need to succeed
You must have a positive ‘can do’ attitude and have the ability to build rapport with customers and maintain a good working relationship. If you believe you have strong interpersonal skills, have the ability to show empathy towards customers and are passionate about helping people, then is job is for you.

What you'll get in return
In addition to a competitive salary of $50 - $55K + 10% super and 10% bonus. You will be working Monday - Friday 38 hours a week. Business hours are 8am-11pm. Shift loadings on all evening shifts of 20%
