Experienced onboarding analysts are required for a Permanent position with an international bank with offices throughout Sydney. Working with the wider team your responsibilities will include:
- Conducting customer onboarding across a range of client types, identifying and escalating AML risks to managers.
- documenting findings and measuring the risk associated with particular transactions to ensure those escalating understand the concerns and are able to make an informed decision.
- highlighting trends where applicable, communicating to the wider team
- working towards team SLAs to clear daily work queues.
- communicating with stakeholders to educate and drive enhanced due dilligence across business lines
To be considered for this role you will have:
- 2-3 years local experience in an AML/transaction monitoring role and a good understanding of local regulations.
- Excellent communication skills, with a real ability to think outside the box and drive performance.
- Prior experience onboarding complex corporate clients
- appropriate qualifications, e.g. CAMs would be looked upon favourably.
