Company

We represent a private diversified property group in Sydney. They are currently looking for a Fund Manager to help manage their expanding portfolio of real estate investments. This is an exciting position in a fast growing business that will suit candidates with real estate investment experience, from reputable fund management platforms.
  
Reporting into the CEO, you will have the opportunity to grow the company’s domestic Fund business and help diversify the client and product base. 
  
Responsibilities

• Lead the capital raising initiatives for the fund; 
• Manage treasury and finance function of the funds;
• Working with institutional investors to grow the fund; 
• Expanding investor base; 
• Industry and market financial analysis for project assessments and investment strategies; 
• Implement fund investment strategy and achieve target returns;
• Oversee the finance, regulatory and business operations of the regulated entity; and,
• Develop ideas for new products and services to expand business opportunities and better meet investors’ needs.  

Qualifications

• 7+ years’ experience gained in a similar role, in a with real estate fund or asset manager
• Experience and track record in managing real estate funds would be highly preferred
• Entrepreneurial and ability to get things done in a fast-paced environment.
• A team player who is able to work across cultures
