Bentley Recruitment is a boutique agency in the CBD that specialises in recruitment for Accounting, Financial Planning and Legal firms (all role types) across Australia. We have been in operation for 13 years and have built an impressive client portfolio with 80% of our yearly placements made with existing, long-term clients! We are very well known in our niche market and promote an honest, ethical and successful service to both our clients and candidates.

We are now seeking a new addition to our consulting team!

[ The Role ]
New employees start with learning the basics of recruitment and the industry! Structured training is provided from DAY 1! 

This position will eventually operate as a "360 degree" role, meaning that you will be responsible for the entire recruitment process including business development, candidate acquisition, interviewing, referencing, short-listing, coordinating interviews and negotiating employment offers. 

You will enter a desk with an existing client base, but you will also be required to build new business and expand your client portfolio.
