The Opportunity

This is an exceptional opportunity for an experienced Lending Specialist or Mortgage Broker to join RAMS. Due to significant growth, our RAMS office in Hawthorn is currently looking to recruit highly driven professionals with experience in the banking/finance sector. The successful candidates will be capable of building genuine relationships with customers and business referrers. This is a superb challenge for a customer-focused individual to help contribute to the overall growth, performance and success of the Franchise Business.

In this newly established role, you will be responsible for:

• Managing the sale and fulfillment of home loans
• Building and maintaining strong relationships with customers
• Generating new business opportunities and developing referral relationships
• Providing exceptional levels of customer service

Skills and Experience

• Experience in the banking and financial services sector in Australia (Compulsory)
• Have existing referral networks and be able to build on these relationships (Compulsory)
• Have strong networking skills
• Demonstrated ability to convert leads into home loans
• Excellent interpersonal communication skills with a strong customer focus and work ethic
• Proficient microsoft office skills (outlook, word and excel)
• Certificate IV in Finance and Mortgage Broking or Diploma in Finance
