This a great opportunity for an experienced Client Support Officer. We are looking for an enthusiastic and self-motivated individual to provide client service and administration support, as a Client Support Officer. 

Stonehouse is a privately owned boutique financial planning firm located in North Sydney, NSW.

The suitable candidate will have minimum 1 years experience as a CSO and experience with Xplan, or similar software.

There is the potential to progress to a paraplanner/adviser in term however this will depend on the progression of the individual. 

The role will involve accurate written and verbal communication with clients, fellow team members, financial advisers and third party organisations. Administration support will be needed for a wide variety of financial planning-related processes.

The Role

  • Manage ongoing service/workflow tasks through Xplan.
  • Manage the implementation process for new clients
  • Manage the client review process
  • Organise FDS/Opt-in communication
  • Answering telephones.
  • Meeting and greeting clients.
  • Preparing meeting room
  • Providing administration support to the existing team.
  • Collect, sort and distribute incoming mail and prepare outgoing mail.
  • Filing/scanning/archiving.
  • Maintain/order supplies for the office including stationery.

  • Pleasant telephone and customer service manner.
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritise and manage time effectively.
  • Concise written and verbal communication/presentation skills with attention to detail.
  • Highly self-motivated and dedicated.
  • Ability to work within a small team and independently.
  • Be adaptable to change.
  • Follow through on instructions given in relation to daily tasks.
