Responsibilities:

• Managing a pipeline of mortgage files
• Ensuring that all special conditions have been met in the accordance with lenders requirements
• Verifying the allocation of new files (mortgage documents)
• Following up on any missing or outstanding information
• Liasing with Solicitors
• Calculating fees and charges
• Preparing Certification and sending to clients once the settlement is booked
• Arranging cheques for settlement

 Skills

• A solid understanding of the mortgage process
• Strong communication & customer service skills
• Previous back office mortgage processing experience
• Excellent attention to detail
• Ability to work in a fast paced environment

To be successful you will need to be able to:

• Manage multiple priorities
• Thrive in a fast paced environment
• Learn and adapt to a range of IT systems, processes and procedures quickly 
• Have strong attention to detail.
