About the Role:
Our Financial Advice team are looking for two Client Service Officers (Permanent & 12 month Fixed Term Contract) to manage the administrative elements of client relationships whilst supporting the Financial Advice team in providing our clients with quality service.
Your role will be to work with the financial advice team:
- Providing customer service and administration support for clients
- Liaising with fund managers and maintaining client portfolios using financial planning software (eg Xplan)
- Finalising Statements of Advice (SOA’s)
- Preparing Financial Review Documents and client invoices
- Organising meetings, seminars and functions, assisting with diary management and other ad-hoc requests
- A background in financial planning or financial services
- Good communication skills (both written and verbal)
- A high level of numeracy
- Sound planning and organisational skills
- Advanced skill level with all Microsoft Office applications, particularly PowerPoint
- Ability to work autonomously as well as in a team environment
