Your New Role
Our Client and Broker Services team is currently looking for an enthusiastic full time Broker Administration Officer to join their friendly and supportive team.
You will be responsible for:
- Maintain broker organisation, relationship and commission plan information in AFG’s in-house CRM system (FLEX), including agreements with new brokers and variations to agreements for existing brokers.
- Support brokers via chat, phone and email in the use of the online submission system for broker on-boarding and relationship maintenance.
- Use workflow tools to monitor and prioritise submissions from brokers and AFG state sales teams.
- Process terminations and suspensions.
- Assist in adhoc tasks as required.
Who Are You
To succeed in this role, you will need to demonstrate:
- Attention to detail, interpersonal and written communication skills
- A strong customer focus and a team player
- Experience with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems
- Excellent organisational and prioritisation skills
- A high level of computer literacy and ability to use the MS Office suite.
- Experience within the Financial Services Industry (desired but not essential)
You will also be a team player with exceptional customer service skills and a flexible and proactive approach towards your work.
