About the Role
Are you looking for a new role where you will be supported to learn and develop whilst you maintain a healthy balance outside of work?
We are looking for an exceptional team member to join us as a Client Services Manager for our Perks Wealth Management (Life Risk Protection) team.
Reporting to the Director, you will provide superior administration services to our high net worth clients including:
- First point of contact for all client relationship communications
- Implementation of personal insurance advice (application forms, paperwork)
- Maintaining client review documents and schedule
- Assisting in the collection of information for strategic advice
- Updating and maintaining various spread sheets
- Liaising with life insurance providers &/or fund managers on client related issues
- Agendas, notes, minutes and action plans as required by the Director
- Arrange invoices as required
- Other general administrative responsibilities (e.g. binding and collating) as directed
Applicants should have the following experience/skills/knowledge:
- Prior experience working in the wealth management / finance industry is highly desirable
- Prior experience in a client focused role
- Experience providing support to a team
- Competently able to use all Microsoft Office Suite of products and proven ability in the use of databases
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
