This organisation is a boutique Financial Planning firm based in Fortitude Valley Brisbane. The firm focuses on holistic financial advice with attention to relationship building and customer service, this is all achieved by a supportive working environment with a close team. This is an opportunity for an intermediately available, self motivating Client Service Officer with attention to detail to build on their career within the financial industry.
Key Responsibilities:
- Confidently giving advice implementation and ongoing client service
- Support to the financial adviser
- Strong telephone/ communication skills within a front of office environment
- Managing client documents
- Ensure that a high level of client database and files management
- Providing customers with exceptional customer service and professionalism
- Day to day diary and appointment management
Key Skills and Experience:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- 1+ years experience as a Client Service Officer or similar
- Self motivating and proactive
- Aptitude for being a good thinker and problem solver.
- Strong ability for organisation and to support others
- Desire to assist clients with accurate data.
- Attention to customer service
- Ability to work in a small team environment
Key Criteria:
- Monday - Friday 8.30am-5.00pm
- Attractive salary package
- Excellent location with easy access to public transport and early bird parking
