Your new role

As Sales Consultant you will understand the needs of our members and build long term quality relationships. Reporting to the Frontline team leaders, you will strive to deliver the best financial products with flexible options for members.

  • engage with members to assist with day to day enquiries such as internet banking, transfers, opening accounts, term deposits, visa card support and much more!
  • conduct quality conversations with members to uncover their savings, insurance and personal lending needs  
  • attend to both inbound and outbound calls, plus  multiple tasks in between
  • strive to deliver beyond the expectations of our members
  • participate in debrief sessions to share successes and celebrate a job well done!

 Got what it takes?

  • You will have strong sales experience, be a self starter and thrive on working to achieve sales targets
  • You love the challenge of a robust sales environment and making a positive difference to your members
  • You really believe in 'People Driven Banking' and providing an exceptional service experience
  • Previous experience working in the Banking and Financial Services sector will be highly regarded
