The Company & Role

Our client is a highly regarded, professional financial planning firm with a national presence. They've modeled themselves on a professional services firm and provides personalised and innovative financial planning solutions. They believe in educating their clients and providing them with the ability to make informed decisions about their financial future.

This role offers you the opportunity to collaborate with an experienced Financial Planning team.  You will provide a consistent level of professional technical support and constructing high-quality SOAs whilst being developed and mentored to provide advice.  You will have access to a diverse range of financial planning instruments to assist you to identify innovative client solutions.

In its simplest form, you will be responsible for the following.

• Preparing accurate and considered advice
• Research, develop and discuss strategy and structure with advisers
• Continuously build your technical knowledge
• Gain exposure to their advice process through development programs, mentoring and attending advice meetings

About You
Working in professional team that celebrates success is appealing to you.  You are passionate about delivering excellent customer service.  You work well within a small team and you desire the opportunity to develop your planning and advice skills.  You have exceptional organisational skills, a keen eye for detail and you possess the following:

• Strong experience in the Financial Services industry
• Desire for continuous financial planning education
• Previous experience in the preparation of high-quality SOAs
• Experience with financial planning software
• You want to own the role and work toward being an adviser
