    We are currently looking for a motivated, professional and dynamic Support Services Officer to join our Operations Team. Reporting to our Support Services Team Leader you will be responsible for a variety of savings processing tasks and disciplines including:

  • Membership applications

  • Transactional processing

  • Account maintenance

  • Term deposits

  • Deceased estates

  • Insurance administration

  • Responding to member enquiries via email

  • Administrative duties as required

Our Support Services Officers understand the needs of our members; they continuously learn new skills and help drive innovation in regards to process improvement.

The Perfect Fit

To be successful in this position the ideal candidate will have a minimum of 1-2 years previous experience in a Banking and Financial services administrative support role. You will have a high level of attention to detail, be a self starter, and thrive on working towards meeting deadlines. Intermediate computer skills including Outlook and Word are desirable.
