Bank of China - Sydney Branch is seeking a high performing individual who has proven knowledge and experience, primarily in corporate banking, with the skill set to provide secretarial support to credit committees and credit approval process.
This is a Two Year Maximum Term Contract subject to review for an on-going basis after the contract period.
Responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
- Coordinate and arrange credit committee meetings for corporate banking and/or retail banking business
- Set agenda and prepare meeting minutes in a timely manner
- Compile and circulate papers prior to meetings and follow up on committee resolutions and action items
- Perform relevant risk secretary function in systems to facilitate approval process
- Prepare MIS reports and assist in ad hoc tasks including enquiries and requests
Required skills, experience and attributes:
- 2+ years of experience in any secretarial role or business support in second line risk management or first line in-business risk/control, preferably in corporate banking areas
- Professional qualification in secretary will be a definite advantage
