The Business
The business has a global presence in the funds management industry. They are a service provider to a number of leading businesses and have a strong offering for the Australian market.
The Role
As the client service manager, you will be responsible for the development and mentorship of a team of client facing professionals. You will be required to:
- Own and be responsible for a portfolio of clients from all aspects of service to follow up.
- Build on new and existing relationships across a range of investment businesses
- Develop and mentor a team of passionate client facing professionals.
- Liaise with business units in how to best develop and implement strategies across a range of business functions.
The Person
Your background does not necessarily have to include all these things, but the perfect candidate will have:
- Up to 5 years of experience in funds management, ideally client facing.
- Knowledge and interest in financial markets and public equities in particular.
- Excellent organisational skills and ability to multi task.
- Commercial acumen and an ability to see a gap in the market.
