Entry Level Mobile Mortgage Broker– Multiple Roles - $60,000 PLUS Super PLUS OTE Commissions of $42,000 PA.
 

In this role you will be responsible for:
 

  •  Managing the home loan sales process,
  •  Developing your existing & new contact networks,
  •  Generating new business opportunities & developing referral relationships,
  •  Building & maintaining strong relationships with customers,
  •  Providing exceptional levels of customer service to company leads and company provided sales opportunities.

 

Skills and Experience

Successful candidates will have experience within the banking/financial services sector.
An existing referral network is essential.

Additionally, you:

  •  have a proven track record in residential mortgage lending of at least one year.
  •  are sales driven with the will to create referral sources and generate new business,
  •  have the ability to convert leads into home loans,
  •  demonstrate outstanding interpersonal communication skills,
  •  have a proven strong customer focus and work ethic,
  •  are proficient in Microsoft office skills (outlook, word and excel),
  •  have a Certificate IV in Finance & Mortgage Broking - (completed or working towards completion-this a mandatory requirement)

 

Mobile Mortgage Broker– Multiple Roles - $75,000 PLUS Super PLUS OTE Commissions of $63,000 PA.
 

In this role you will be responsible for:
 

  •  Managing the home loan sales process,
  •  Developing your existing & new contact networks,
  •  Generating new business opportunities & developing referral relationships,
  •  Building & maintaining strong relationships with customers,
  •  Providing exceptional levels of customer service to company leads and sales opportunities.

 

Skills and Experience

Successful candidates will have experience within the banking/financial services sector. An existing referral network is essential.

  •  have a proven track record in residential mortgage lending of at least TWO years. 
  •  are sales driven with the ability to create referral sources and generate new business,
  •  have the ability to convert leads into home loans,
  •  demonstrate outstanding interpersonal communication skills,
  •  have a proven strong customer focus and work ethic,
  •  are proficient Microsoft office skills (outlook, word and excel),
  •  have a Certificate IV in Finance & Mortgage Broking and/or a Diploma in Mortgage Broking.
