As a result of business growth together with new alliances with accounting firms, an opportunity has arisen for a Client Services Officer to join the business within one of the accounting firms. With highly qualified, technical and professional advisers, you will be certain of gaining the best grounding for your future financial planning career. This group is widely recognised as a leader in the wealth advice industry.
Reporting to a Senior Adviser and working closely with the rest of the team, you will be responsible for providing quality and accurate support for advisers and clients. The role will involve the provision of excellent client services, booking appointments, responding to client queries, assisting clients complete their paperwork, assisting in the printing of SOAs. It will also involve assisting advisors in meetings and in the preparation of meetings. There is a significant amount of administration in this role and compliance is key. If you are keen, you will be constantly challenged.
To be successful in this role, you must be passionate about financial planning and have strong attention to detail as well as proven customer service skills. Ideally you will have had solid exposure to a financial planning/ fund manager environment, preferably in a client or adviser service capacity and have completed your RG146. You will be keen to progress your career within this industry over the long term. Communication skills as well as solid skills in MS Office are essential. A team player will prosper in this role.
