I am currently looking for an Operational Risk Manager for a newly created role with a leading bank.
You will require a strong Operational Risk and controls background within banking or financial services. You will ideally have some experience within payments/ merchant acquiring product set, with any exposure to NPP being highly regarded but not a pre-requisite. Candidates from a line 1 or line 2 operational risk background will be considered.
In this role you will require strong stakeholder management and influencing skills as you work closely with the business to implement effective risk management activities in line with the groups risk framework and risk appetite, and provide insights, identify trends and develop strategies to mitigate emerging project and business risks.
