Amazing Opportunity for a phone-based customer service professional with banking/finance experience!

Main focus of the role:

Be the first point of contact for customers through email and phone calls regarding their accounts and provide first call resolution.
Educate customers on product range and benefits.
Needs-based selling in response to customer needs.
Support marketing campaigns.
Process transactions and admin requests as required.
Meet compliance obligations, AML, FSR, etc.

Requirements:

Quick learning ability
Banking experience
Proven Stakeholder management skills
Extensive phone-based customer service experience
Some sales experience will be looked upon favourably (this is not a sales role but when opportunities to make sales arise you will be expected to act on them)
