As a Business Analyst within our Infrastructure and Real Assets team, you will be involved in the full range of our funds management activities including business strategy, asset acquisitions and divestments, investor relations, new fund development, capital raising and direct asset management.
Working closely with the underlying management of our assets, you will gain exposure to our interesting existing platform which includes our livestock and row cropping Funds as well as their underlying operating companies. You will be responsible for due diligence, review and execution of asset acquisitions and divestments, as well as the valuation and scenarios analysis of existing fund assets, through financial modelling.
Additionally, you will both assist with and own research projects, and be involved with the preparation of board and investment committee materials as well as performance and investor reports. You will leverage your excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to ensure that our marketing and investor communication materials are developed to a high standard, whilst also taking part in the overall strategy development and implementation of the Assets team.
You’ll bring prior experience, most likely within professional services or agriculture, coupled with a tertiary qualification in finance, commerce or a related discipline. You will be numerically inclined, and as such, have a high level of competence in mathematics, excel and financial modelling skills. Finally, you are a motivated individual, who can work effectively with others within a complex business environment.
