About the Role:
The Business Development Manager is responsible for sourcing and building relationships with new Brokers and Broker groups to position BOQ across various markets within Victoria, South Australia, Tasmania and Northern Territory.
You will be responsible for identifying new contacts and strengthening existing relationships. This will be achieved through regular contact with stakeholders, delivering training and development initiatives, identifying networking opportunities and providing guidance and support across compliance and operational activities. This position will specifically oversee residential lending through third party channels.
About you:
This role is best suited to an individual with demonstrated business development experience and solid networks in your region. You will have exceptional communication skills and be able to maintain effective working relationships with internal and external stakeholders. We are seeking a demonstrated track record of success in delivering growth in lending results through third party channels; combined with a strong background in residential lending.
This position offers an opportunity to take ownership of your portfolio, working for an organisation with strong market presence and reputable brand.
