Role Snapshot
The Senior Manager Finance Systems will be responsible for leading strategic design and improvement initiatives across key finance systems and process, ensuring strong relationships with key stakeholders across Finance and IT.
How you will contribute
This role will see you being involved in;
- Providing people leadership through coaching, on the job training and performance development of team members whilst developing a team based culture.Â
- Leading the business design of the overall finance systems strategy
- Ensuring the effective and efficient day to day operation of the finance systems.
- Managing, report and reduce the control risk, educate and influence the business to improve their focus on corporate governance practices
- Leading finance support for business projects which have an impact on finance systems
Our Ideal Person
- Ideally CA or CPA qualified
- Strong experience using Excel and ERP (Oracle)
- Strong leadership skills and financial management experience
- A background in Data and Analytics preferred, along with an understanding of IT system interfaces.
- Previous experience in leading a service organisation through change
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
