With new opportunities ahead for StockCo, a talented Customer Relationship Manager is sought to join the team operating out of either the New Zealand office in Havelock North or the Australian office in Brisbane.  Fundamentally, this role manages the service delivery and transactional processing for the livestock finance division whilst ensuring compliance to StockCo’s credit and risk policies.

Primary responsibilities include building client relationships, identifying and resolving client queries and the processing of stock purchases and sales, whilst managing the associated risk.

It is anticipated this role will hold strong appeal to service focussed individuals who thrive on delivering a positive client experience. Banking or accounting sector experience and a rural background are desirable but not essential for this role. Non-negotiable is an exceptional eye for detail, high level of initiative, ability to work to deadlines and a friendly and professional communication style.
