We are currently looking for an Operations Support Officer to join the team in Sydney. Reporting to Operations Support Manager, the Operations Support Officer’s role is to efficiently and accurately process all new incoming client payments and invoice schedules. You will also be responsible for providing clerical and data entry support to the Operations Team as directed in a timely and efficient manner.
Core Responsibilities
- Provide excellent customer service both internally and externally
- Ensure correct data entry of customer payments
- Ledger reconciliations
- Ensuring accurate data entry and displaying excellent attention to detail at all times
- Journal processing and reports
- Provision of data entry and clerical services for the Operations Team

- Enthusiastic and positive attitude

- Demonstrated organisational and clerical skills
- Sound knowledge of office procedures and general computer skills
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
This busy support role is an exciting opportunity for someone who has a drive to learn and progress in the Debtor Finance industry.
The ideal candidate will have proven ability to prioritise and meet deadlines, have a positive 'can do' attitude as well as the initiative to jump in and help the team without being asked. Experience in a similar role would be advantageous though not essential.
