Our client is a global provider of Financial and Property Services and through a strong history they lead the market with their high attention to detail, customer service focus and excellent team based culture. Due to the undertaking of an exciting new national project, the need to source a focused Project Analyst has arisen.

This role will be working closely with the finance team on several critical projects that will be rolled out across the country with one of the organisation’s landmark clients. The successful candidate will be acting as the single point of contact for the project and will also be instrumental in achieving the financial targets and KPI’s that have been outlined for this project.
  
  
Initially a 6-month contract, with the view to extend further given a strong performance. Reporting to the Finance Manager, your responsibilities will include:
  
  • Facilitate the full end to end process of completing the project;
  • Establishing a single source database to manage and track progress at asset level;
  • Maintaining and continuous improvement of processes, reporting and controls to ensure they are efficient and effective;
  • Achieving and maintaining a Global Best Practice approach in the establishment, management and delivery of the Finance Team services to the Client.
  • Developing and maintaining sound working relationships with key staff, service providers and key utility companies and their representatives;
  • Meeting all client deliverables and deadlines;
  • Ensuring all abolishment requests are completed in a timely manner and that all parties are provided with appropriate account information, to ensure appropriate payment of final bills and associated project costs.
  
This outstanding opportunity will suit individuals with the following skills and attributes:
  
  • Excel skills – intermediate to advanced level of skill;
  • Analytical and reporting skills;
  • Offshoring experience including documentation of processes would be advantageous; 
  • Ability to manage large amounts of data;
  • Self-driven and the ability to work unsupervised;
  • Outstanding interpersonal skills to manage a diverse range of energy providers, service providers, client representatives and internal stakeholders;
  • Excellent attention to detail;
  • Collaborative individual who thrives in a team-environment;
  • Ability to think critically, strategically and innovatively.
