Ideally suited to either a financial planning graduate or someone with administrative/reception experience seeking a roles in financial services, this role is essentially the face of the company and offers you the opportunity to cement a a career in the industry.

A well regarded and professional firm offering a great culture and team environment, now is the chance to secure a role in which you can establish yourself with the business for the long term.

The role:

  • Meeting and Greeting all clients coming into the office
  • Setting up meetings, coordinating appointments, answering incoming client calls
  • advisor support and all relevant financial planning administration
  • preparation of client documentation ready for SOA production
  • all ad hoc administrative duties required by financial advisors
  • assisting other practice staff where required
  • Answering phones and assisting clients

You:

  • RG146 compliant or studying towards DFP if you want to go down this path
  • Mid term commitment to this role with the view of progressing to associate level in the long term
  • Alternatively, admin experience with a desire to remain in a support role
  • team player mentality and 'can do' work ethic
  • Strong administrative skills and excellent organisation and attention to detail
  • The ability to liaise with a variety of people including advisors, management, clients and third parties
  • Dedication, commitment and loyalty
  • The desire to work with a fantastic business for the long term!
