The role:

We are looking for an innovative and dynamic Pursuit Leader to develop and implement long term account plans to target priority clients. A natural when it comes to developing trusted relationships, you will engage our clients, listen to their needs, ask open questions and be able to strategically direct our business response accordingly. In addition, you will work with and upskill our partner group from across the Findex business in the use of effective techniques to identify, convert and maximise sales opportunities

 

You are:

  • A trusted leader with a hunger for growth and a genuine desire to build both the capability of your team and the business wins that are a natural evolution of that growth;
  • Experienced in leading the strategy and tactics for a program of client events designed to build connections and relationships;
  • An experienced Business Development Manager with a proven track record in responding to tenders and directing tender strategy;
  • Not afraid to disrupt the status quo and drive new and innovative ways to engage with clients and win new business; and
  • Someone with a thirst for knowledge who upskills quickly and turns new information into collateral for your sales tool-kit.
