Essential Responsibilities:
Loan Administration

• - Register and prepare Loan files
• - Prepare Loan repayment schedule
• - Update Loan conditions
• - Manage Loan documents

 
Loan Execution

• - Receive and confirm drawdown notices
• - Prepare Loan drawdown permission
• - Refer to Loan agent banks
• - Receive payment notices
• - Prepare remittance requests

 
Remittances

• - Gather and prepare data on incoming/outgoing funds
• - Prepare cash settlement schedule
• - Prepare cash flow table
• - Receive remittance instruction forms from other departments
• - Prepare remittance requests
• - Execute remittance instructions under the authority of Senior Manager
• - Confirm settlements and make necessary referrals
• - Reconcile bank account balances

 
Middle Operations

• - Prepare reports for Parent Company’s Head Office
• - Prepare reports for local authorities
• - Manage credit risks (Prepare forms and reports)
• - Manage compliance

 
Qualifications:

• - Experience in a Loan Administration Operations in financial institutions is the must
• - Bachelor’s degree in Business, Accounting or related field preferred
• - Ability to communicate effectively with the Company personnel, external clients and other financial institutions
