Customer Service - Tuggeranong - Part-time – 3 Month Contract

Our Member Service Officers are key to our success in delivering this experience, including the provision of the SERVICE ONE Alliance Bank range of products and services.

We are looking for an enthusiastic person who feels a sense of accomplishment by making a difference to fulfil a part time position in our Tuggeranong Branch. At SERVICE ONE, we provide comprehensive training support to ensure you are confident with not only all of the financial products and services we offer, but the banking system you will use to interact with SERVICE ONE Members. As part of the Alliance Bank network and being a mutual organisation, SERVICE ONE works closely with our various alliance parties, including Bendigo and Adelaide Bank, other Alliance Banks, our Members and the broader community. We have a strong emphasis on our staff and provide a great working environment.

Reporting to the Branch Manager, the role will involve and be responsible for:

  • Exemplifies SERVICE ONE values in every interaction with Members, staff and other stakeholders
  • Acts as a team member through helping, encouraging and mutually supporting others in team and provides direction to the staff to ensure the effectiveness of the team.
  • Acts as a team member and aids in the branch operational requirements.
  • Actively cross sells SERVICE ONE’s products and services as the opportunity presents.
  • Processes loan applications completing loans worksheets and required documentation.
  • Liaises with Members and related parties involved in settlements/fundings, handling queries and checking all executed documents to ensure that there are no outstanding items/matters.
  • Maintains an up to date and accurate product and service knowledge for the provision of advice to Members.

Previous experience in finance and/or a customer service environment is preferred.
