We’re currently looking for Client Services Officer on a 12-month fixed term contract reporting to the Team Leader of our Client Services Operations team.  In this role you will act as the first point of contact for day to day requests and enquiries on retail deposits, loans, internet banking and internal client requests within our Client Operations team.  You will be responsible for ensuring that these actions are carried out in an efficient and accurate manner and you have a passion for the delivery of a seamless, high quality, customer centred experience.

 

To be successful you will ideally have a minimum of 2-4 years’ experience with some prior banking exposure or financial services knowledge in a client services capacity and have some understanding of banking products and customer needs. You are naturally customer focused and take pride in presenting yourself professionally on the telephone so excellent communication skills are essential. You can work both independently and as part of a team and have proven critical thinking skills.
