Our Client

Our client is an expanding boutique investment firm who specialise in global real estate securities. They focus closely on a small number of global listed real estate companies, groups and funds and are considered experts in their field. 
  
The Opportunity

This opportunity has arisen due to continued expansion within the fund and sits alongside another analyst and two directors.

Tasks and Responsibilities

• Both building and ongoing analysis of financial models
• Data analysis and document management 
• Performance analysis
• Portfolio attribution and construction 
• Work alongside the Principles of the business and the Senior Investment Analyst
• Continual market research 

The Ideal Candidate

Ideally you will have a minimum of 5 years’ analytical experience and have a strong knowledge of accounting principles. You will also have excellent financial modelling capabilities, a desire to learn, ambition coupled with excellent written and verbal communication skills.  Being a part of a small team, you will have the opportunity to work across a number of aspects of the business, to further your learning and development.
