Your new company
This leading Retail Bank are seeking an experienced Mobile Lender to join the ACT region. By supporting multiple branches, you will mentor teams for lead generation opportunities and also work autonomously to build a portfolio and self-generate your own leads. You will be joining a team of passionate individuals who take pride in providing excellent customer service and innovative solutions.
Your new role
As a Mobile Lender, you will be a motivated individual with experience of direct sales in a lending environment.
- Build & develop customer relationships with new and existing clients
- Drive the end-to-end process of home loans from application to settlement
- Support multiple branches whilst self-generating your own leads
- Be responsible for inspiring and leading a team to generate lead opportunities
- Engage with customers and provide an excellent customer experience
What you'll need to succeed
- Proven track record in sales and receiving positive customer feedback
- A home lending background in a branch or mobile lending environment
- Enjoy networking and building a portfolio of clients
- Driven with experience in working in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to work autonomously and deal with challenges of looking after a region
