Due to the development of a data focused global business strategy, my client is looking to hire a Digital Analytics Manager for their Sydney office. This is a newly created role that has been developed due to heavy investment in analytics at a global level.
Reporting in to the Director for Australia, this is a highly visible and autonomous role that will essentially be transforming the Australian business to one that is data led; we are looking at someone with drive, initiative and innovation with accountability for;
Setting up frameworks to develop impactful reporting and analysis
Customer insights and analysis including behavioural analysis, segmentation and profiling
Analysis of the customer journey, pathway to purchase and enhancing customer engagement and experience
Consulting with global stakeholders and analytics team to design and deliver effective analytical strategies and solutions to implement to the local market
We are keen to hear from applicants who can evidence the following skills and experience
- Proven experience ( 5 years +) of working with a digital analytics role
- Advanced Adobe skills essential
- Agile and flexible in approach; whilst the business in well-established globally as a newly created function this essential
- Passionate and innovative with the ability to influence and consult to senior stakeholders
