Our client is a global multinational corporation and one of Australia's leading fuel retailers.


Your new role
As a credit analyst you will be responsible for assessing new applications for commercial customers applying for fuel cards for secured/unsecured credit. You be responsible for managing, monitoring and evaluating the credit risk exposure for the relevant country/business to support delivery of business goals through optimisation of the balance between credit risk and reward.


What you'll need to succeed

• Previous experience as a credit risk analyst
• Experience in banking or fuel industry is highly regarded
• Demonstrable experience in credit assessment and security management in a credit related field, including debt management required.
• A working knowledge of appropriate credit legislation including working knowledge of Liquidation’s, Administrations, Deeds of Company Arrangement etc.
• Ability to read and interpret key financial statements(balance sheet, profit & loss account and cash flow statements)
• Financial analysis and risk assessment skills
• Exposure to large end customers in a credit risk environment
