Our wealth division services over 1600 Financial Advisers and Accountants and we have over 130 Mortgage Brokers nationally.
We are looking to grow and have an immediate need to assist some of our Melbourne based Financial Advice and Accounting Practices, as they integrate lending into their business as part of a holistic range of services for clients.
What do we do?
Centrepoint Alliance Lending are credit experts within the Centrepoint Alliance Group. We provide dedicated consultancy services to enable Financial Advisers and Accountants to deliver holistic advice to their clients by adding lending capability to the range of services within their practices.
Who are we looking for?
We are always looking for experienced Bankers or Finance Brokers, to join our aggregation model to service internal referral networks.
However, we have two immediate opportunities to support some of our Financial Planning and Accountancy practices with In house lenders. These current opportunities are located in the Eastern and North Eastern suburbs. In these businesses, you will have access to established client databases, and you will be encouraged to actively promote and provide lending services to new and existing clients.
You will be a professional who is already working in the Banking Industry or Finance Broking Industry with at least 2 years’ experience. It is preferable that you have diverse Lending experience across Residential lending, SMSF, Equipment Finance and SME Business lending. You will have a strong customer service ethic with a “go getter” attitude and the ability to formulate great customer and business relationships. You have the ability to convert prospects into business relationships and have experience in looking after Referrers. You know that feedback is important.
It would be an advantage (although not a requirement) if you had a customer base that you were willing to market additional financial services to, such as risk insurance, investments or wealth creation, which you would receive referral commissions for. In one of these businesses it would be advantageous (but not essential) to have Greek as a second language.
What are we offering?
We are offering a negotiable remuneration structure that can include either a salary plus incentives, commission only split, or a mix of base salary plus commission split. We will also provide all the tools you need to be successful in one of these relationships, including:
· CRM, compliance and lodgement platforms,
· e-Marketing,
· outsourcing of back office loan processing,
· hands on BDM assistance with genuine integration into the Adviser/Accountant business, including support to maximise lending opportunities out of the client database.
· a Credit Coach for loan scenario assistance
· and much more.
