About you

First and foremost, you effortlessly build relationships and have an innate ability to influence others and put them at ease; not only can you put them at ease, you create excitement! On the flip side you instil confidence in your referral partners, ensuring they know they have make the right choice to partner with you.

As an experienced Mortgage Broker, you love what you do and know with the right you could right platform and support the sky is the limit…. and that’s what you are after; a game changing opportunity to set your career up for life.

You also have an undeniable passion for taking customers along the journey of procuring their next dream home or investment property.

Having said that, you will never compromise on integrity and will always provide the most premium level of customer service.

Last but not least, you take finance seriously, but not yourself and looking for a team that equally shares these values.
  

About the role

On the back of newly created and highly motived referral partnership, you will be have access to an office in Aspley and a wider network of 4 property branches to leverage and an abundance of sales consultant to leverage.

That being said, you will add significant value through;

• Championing the new established referral partnership and integrating well within their business
• Forging strong relationships with sales consultants and be attentive with strong follow-up
• Explaining the lending process to potential customers, instilling confidence and updating sales reps
• Developing a strong sales pipeline
• Putting together lending scenarios and presenting to potential customers

  
Selection Criteria

To be successful for this incredible opportunity you must have the following;

• Previous experience in Mortgage Broking
• Demonstrated success in building a strong sales pipeline
• Certificate IV in Mortgage Broking
• Natural ability to engage and influence customers
• Ambition, passion and determination to succeed
