You will be reporting into the Director of Risk Insights and Strategy. You will have access to the leadership team and will be instrumental in developing the firm-wide Enterprise Risk Management process.
There are three key components that make up this role:
1. Reporting and governance
2. Risk Framework
3. Strategy and Engagement
The key responsibilities of this role include:
- Undertake the analytical review of information to identify data insights, for incorporation in reports
- Presenting reports to global senior management
- Support the Director and Office of the Chief Risk Officer, to drive the team, strategy and agenda of Risk Management
- Actively contribute in the management and preparation of staff engagement activities, such as communications, team forums and strategy sessions
Key requirements of the role are:
- Demonstrable experience in a risk reporting function within financial services or a professional services firm
- Experience presenting reports to executive members of a business
- Exposure to implementing risk frameworks
- Excellent communication skills and ability to liaise with stakeholders at all levels
- Ideally 5 years experience in a similar role working for a matrix organisation
