My Client is seeking a Customer Services Agent to join its dynamic team in it's CBD location.
The role involves business to business customer service in e-Commerce payment processing environment.
Full paid training is provided.
The company operates 24/7 so there is shift work involved. In this role the first 6 months will be on night shift followed by a rotating roster. Full loadings are paid as per the Industry award.
Successful Candidate must speak Mandarin
Would suit outgoing person with retail or customer service skills with at least 6-12 months customer service experience..
Job Description
- Incoming call answering
- Monitor system generated email alerts
- Notify merchant of service issues.
- Cooperate with internal operational teams to solve problems.
- Update team whiteboard.
- Fill in Service interruption report form.
- Monitor online system alerts email inbox.
- Fill in end of shift handover checklist.
- Assist with basic investigations
- Generate summary report to suppliers.
- Ad hoc duty
Ability to learn quickly as well as work in a team environment to achieve the team objectives. Ability to follow instructions from Team leader and manager to execute the plan.
- Average Excel Skills (mainly v-lookup)
- Average MS office skills
- Good communication skills
- Customer service phone etiquette
- Good Analytical skills
