My client is currently seeking the services of a Senior Business Analyst with a demonstrable background in the delivery of digital projects, to join their fast paced, high performing team delivering new products and features through mobile channels. 

This fantastic opportunity will see candidates playing a key role in improving the digital experience for customers, which a strategic priority for the year ahead. 

Responsibilities:

• Interpret customer & business needs / requirements and translate them into epics & user stories
• Input to the analysis and design of solutions across multiple channels and platforms - online & mobile
• Ensure the project scope and priorities are managed in collaboration with the Product Owner
• Champion Agile User Story practices internally and externally.
• Delivering workshops and interview sessions
• Build relationships across the business and engage with stakeholders

Skills & experience required:

• Substantial experience in the development of User Stories and Agile delivery.
• Extensive experience in facilitation and requirement gathering including workshop facilitation and interview techniques (either Agile or non-Agile).
• Experience working with software engineers in an enterprise project-based environment based on Agile (i.e. Scrum, Kanban, Lean).
• A background in working on digital or mobile projects is favourable
