Our Client
Our client is a branch of a profitable financial planning business with a national profile.
A best practice financial planning company, they take a whole of life approach to the financial planning process and are focussed on building long term relationships with their clients.
They strongly believe that their clients are the centre of everything that they do and providing holistic financial planning services to assist in achieving their goals..
The Role
As a Client Service Officer, you will be supporting a highly skilled and experienced Financial Planner in all aspects of administration and implementation.
Duties will include, but are not limited to:
- Financial Plan recommendation support including quotations, application forms, product switches and redemptions;
- Making and answering phone calls;
- Diary management;
- Adviser management and organisation;
- Client database management;
- Meeting co-ordination; and
- Other duties as required.
About You
Ideally, we are looking for someone who has worked within Financial Services or Financial Planning in a Client Service Officer role for at least 12 months to 2 years minimum.
Your ability to work well within team environment, have a client focus on everything that you do, strong attention to detail together with your organisational skills will ensure your success within this role.
To be successful in this role you will need to have experience with the following:
- At least 2 years experience within the Financial Planning industry;
- RG146 qualification would be an advantage;
- Intermediate level of knowledge of the Microsoft suite of products
- Experience using Xplan software is a must
- Excellent communication and people skills;
