Our client is working on a complex international Merger, involving 2 businesses of very different natures.
We are looking for someone with a comprehensive background in delivery, who can work pragmatically, to utilise the best bits of all business units and incorporate them into one.
Experience desired
- Over 10 years' experience as a Project Manager and Senior Project Manager
- Proven experience working on the merger/ integration of another business
- Full business department’s exposure - Operations / Marketing / Finance / Legal /HR etc….
- Agile and Waterfall Delivery experience
- Exceptional stakeholder engagement capabilities across diverse teams and levels of an organisation
Package dependent on experience and relevance to M&A the salary range for this role is $150-170K + super.
