About the Opportunity - State Manager, Trade & Cashflow Finance
We are currently seeking a high performing individual with a passion and drive for helping business customers succeed and for engaging and leading a team of professionals to deliver outstanding results.
Reporting directly to the National Manager, Trade, Invoice & Vendor Finance, the key priorities for the role will include, however not limited to;
- Ownership of the agreed Trade and Cashflow Finance Asset and Revenue budget for the state
- The overall state distribution and activity management (incl. sales targets and KPIs) & Growth of the Trade and Cashflow Finance Balance Sheet (Assets) and Revenue base
- Developing and implementing strategies to ensure the Trade and Cashflow Finance business has valuable long term relationships with fully satisfied customers and stakeholders
- Provide leadership, training, guidance and coaching to the Trade and Cashflow Finance team and to internal stakeholders/business partners
- Identifying and implementing opportunities that strengthen and broaden the Trade and Invoice Finance business
What we need from you
Key criteria we are looking for in the successful person;
- Experience in and a passion for trade and cashflow/invoice finance
- Demonstrated experience developing & executing a business strategy
- Developed experience leading & coaching high performing sales teams
- Relevant tertiary qualifications would be highly regarded however not essential
As mentioned above, this is a fantastic leadership opportunity within the business therefore a proven track record of leading high performing teams will be essential to the role. In addition we are looking for someone with demonstrated success in driving performance outcomes and making an impact on stakeholders & customers.
You will be a resilient, flexible and adaptable individual, you understand that in a multi-branded business collaboration is critical & you are capable of managing multiple key stakeholders successfully. In addition to this you will regard yourself as someone with the ability and desire to identify, recommend and implement strategies to help both the business and customer succeed.
