Reporting to the Team Leader of Client Services you will be part of a growing team. Your primary responsibility will be to provide outstanding customer service, value and expertise to existing and potential customers and stakeholders. More specifically your duties will be to:

Deliver professional and quality service to the Bank's clients and branch staff for Deposits, Loans and Internet Banking enquires
Assisting with system user testing when required
Loan preparation
Corporate payments
Telegraphic Transfers
Reporting and reconciliations

The successful candidate will have 1-2+ years previous experience with loan preparation facilities. Help desk e-banking experience is also highly desired.
