Agile Project Manager/ Scrum Master- Insurance
My client is seeking an experienced Scrum Master to manage one of the streams of a Customer Service excellence Program
Key responsibilities:
· Ensure that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget
· Management of project milestones, project schedule and project budget
· Managing risks, issues and stakeholder conflicts through to resolution
· Running and owning scrum meetings
· Business case development
· Engaging with stakeholders and building relationships
·
Experience required:
· Proven working experience in business project management in the Insurance Industry
· Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills
· Excellent written and verbal communication skills
· Qualified Scrum Master
· Strong Agile PM experience
