We are in the midst of a transformation into a truly Digital Bank, and this newly created position presents the unique opportunity to get on the ground floor of our transformation.
 
The EMO Assurance Support Officer will work within our Enterprise Management Office, which provide the analysis, organisation, compliance and delivery of strategically aligned projects.
 
This position will support the EMO Assurance function by measuring Strategy Delivery performance against the Project Governance Framework, and tracking adherence of strategic initiatives to agreed standards, benchmarks and methodologies.
 
Working closely with the EMO Assurance Manager, you will support the delivery of:
 

• a maintained set of risk matrices, governance frameworks, reporting templates and assurance reviews and internal audit findings
• Strategically aligned initiatives
• a framework of procedures, process flows, and forms to enable other business units to manage non-strategic and small projects within their own business units
• project stage gate assurance reviews

 
Support will also be provided to ensure:
 

• information is well documented and communicated
• systems are being used as documented
• project benefits realisation and collective analysis for major projects are being delivered
• consistency, transparency and due diligence across all Strategy Delivery initiatives
• team outputs achieve the appropriate Quality Assurance
• the effective use of the project management tools including Daptiv and Archer

 
To be considered you for this role you will be have a proactive and friendly attitude, with a high attention to detail within a quality management environment. You will have strong stakeholder management skills and be appropriate skilled in the assurance and project management area with relevant tertiary qualifications viewed as desirable.
