The Business

Every financial planning business is different from size to structure, the degree in which you are supported with plan construction and administration.  How will the educational changes impact the future and is vertical integration as evil as it's touted?

The current royal commission into misconduct, the ease in creating more cost-effective investment management and reporting and legislated educational changes effective 1/1/19 (and beyond) are only a few factors currently impacting the future landscape.  

This business has strong links with the accounting profession and has grown through both acquisition and organic growth.  Its phase is now one of client maintenance and management of solid referrals from professional partners.

The Role
  
As a review adviser, the first 12 months of this role will consist of:

• Working closely with two senior advisers to transition existing client relationships to you.  This will be done strategically to ensure client comfort and,
• Receiving development and training which will provide time to embed yourself into the business giving you the knowledge of systems and advice processes. 

The role is fully supported by administration and paraplanning.  As an adviser, you understand this support is imperative to maximising your ability to spend time with clients and deliver ongoing advice. 

On an ongoing basis, you and your clients will value the long-term relationship you build and be rewarded for it.

About You

You are an educated professional planner that likes focusing on managing relationships and delivering quality client solutions. 

You thrive on being a part of the future leadership team with the ability to participate. 

You have 5+ years of industry experience, a minimum of 2 years advice experience and are closing in on education that meets the FACEA requirements. 

Remuneration reflects the review adviser role, your experience, and education with incentives for client retention and quality ongoing advice.
